Planning Associate

West Midlands - Commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Solihull, Worcester, Midlands, West Midlands

£45,000 - £55,000 + Profit Share + Car Allowance + Pension

Are you a Planning Associate looking to join a well-established yet progressive and expanding organisation?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader to work on some really exciting projects whilst utilising your network of professional contacts and client relationships to advance the company.

This company was established over 50 years ago and there are currently 360 employees over 13 regional offices and they are renowned for the way that they retain their staff and train and promote from within.

This position would suit a Planning Associate looking to work on some exciting projects whilst progressing upwards to a Senior position with a fantastic package on offer.

The Role:

-Promote medium to large scale developments (both brownfield and greenfield)

-Conduct research and site appraisals for clients

-Planning applications (running applications, appeals and enquiries)

-Lodging appeals, developing client relationships

The Person:

-MRTPI qualification

-Excellent Planning experience

-Strong Project Management skills

-An interest in Business Development
