Junior Web Developer / C# / ASP.Net / Graduate Web Developer required to join international science and engineering consultancy. This Junior Web Developer role will be working as part of a small web services team in the marketing department of a well-respected global organisation. The position is a mix of development in C# ASP.NET and supporting internal users from all over the world.

This role would suit a recent graduate who can turn designs into working HTML templates, and some experience with HTML5, CSS3, Jquery. You will also work on back end development using an Umbraco CMS for public websites, and ASP .NET / C# for web applications and company intranet. Experience with any of these technologies would be of particular interest, but some training can be given for candidates who can demonstrate a good knowledge of web and software development.

You must have good communication skills, and be keen to work in a varied position helping team colleagues and non technical staff based in offices all over the world. Candidates who have done web development in a placement year of their degree, or further study / research in a MSc will be considered. 1 / 2 years of commercial, or freelancing web development experience would be useful, especially if you can provide links to live sites or projects that you have developed.
