Job Title: NVQ3 Qualified Lift Maintenance / Call Out Engineers

Location: London Routes

Salary: £32 - £38k (Experience and 3rd party product knowledge dependant - minimum 3 years' experience from attaining NVQ3 in Lift Engineering)

Hours: (Monday to Friday) 40 hours per week

The company is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. They are currently looking for experienced and qualified Lift Engineers on routes in and around London to ensure that lift services are carried out efficiently on various sites and that lift breakdowns are responded to whilst providing a high quality of customer service on an allocated route.

Key Responsibilities:

The engineer will manage their service route ensuring that all service and maintenance is carried out in a professional, competent and timely manner under the company's contractual obligations towards its clients. The engineer will also take responsibility for any paired mate to instruct on a technical level, maintain and impart Health & Safety best practices in line with the company's policies and procedures. The engineer will have a high fix rate of lifts in service following breakdowns.

Essential requirements:

* NVQ3 qualified or equivalent in Lift Engineering with a minimum of at least 3 years' experience from qualification

* Had previous responsibility for responding to breakdowns and a high first fix rate.

* Have excellent fault finding skills and the ability to follow lift manuals and diagrams

* Good customer care skills with confidence to communicate with a variety people.

* Flexible and adaptable approach towards work

* Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
