Looking for a 6 month freelance contract in IT/ Technical Recruitment?

We are recruiting for the position of a driven and success-hungry Recruiter to be based in Porto for a 6 month contract. In this role you will establish strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders in order to continuously improve your recruitment efforts; whilst also generating clear and concise job descriptions to entice prospective candidates.

Using your knowledge of the market, you will network and adhere to best practices to hire top-tier talent; using both digital and telemarketing channels. You will also be responsible for screening candidates, to ensure a quality workforce. You will also implement your knowledge of Portugal's employment laws throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

*Previous experience in recruiting IT/digital/technical positions

*A passion for personal development, continuous improvement, and success

*Good working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation

*Ability to build and maintain personal and professional credibility
