We are looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to complement our growing Integrated Resourcing Team.

You will take day to day responsibility for the effective Helpdesk team operations, acting as the first point of contact for client and candidate related system support. You will work closely with the Support Operations Manager, with a focus on providing a unique, best in class customer experience to all our customers while ensuring their business needs are met in alignment with agreed KPIs and SLAs. You will act as the champion of customer service and satisfaction ethos that is at the heart of the Engage ATS department.

You will be experienced in managing IT and/or customer support teams and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will work with a range of internal teams including operations, product development and technical support. You will have a friendly, outgoing yet robust personality and the confidence to establish successful working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills are paramount. JIRA experience, a prior understanding of recruitment technology, solutions and customer service would be advantageous.
