WMS Applications Specialist

As the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Application Specialist, you will coordinate and manage System design and transition elements between the business and its client-based stakeholders. You will ensure that the training team are trained on system updates and drive Continuous improvement & efficiencies through system improvements.

Accountabilities:

* Manage the creation and executing of test scripts based on the scope and requirements of system releases

* Create periodic and ad-hoc reports as required

* Develop and manage test deliverables (e.g. Completion reports, issues log and daily update)

* Prepare and manage functional integration test cases

* Develop the sites regression testing script

* Responsible for the identifying and reporting of issues/risks to stakeholders

* Ensure that test data and the UAT environment are configured correctly

* Support the training and operational integration of releases into the production environment

* Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary

* Effective assessment, planning and delivery of changes and releases

* Support the Continuous improvement projects to drive efficiencies throughout the operationSupports Retail BU as required and other Retail Operations along with identifying "Best Practice" which can be replicated to support wider Business / Customer systems and Operational practices

* To develop on on-site IT team with a training and development plan to further upskill their ability to deliver configure config of DLX/Report writing.
