Finance Manager

You have the opportunity as a qualified actuary to join a retail bank's growing operations as finance manager. You will work on multiple projects in both modelling and forecasting, implementing and reviewing robust processes, driving the business forward through provision of analysis and insight.

Acting as finance manager, you will work with the Head of function in building constructive and effective relationships internally providing dedicated support to the business through reviews of unit linked pension products, insurance, finance, and capital metrics. The understanding you will have in developing and maintaining frameworks for assessing financial performances will ensure you are successful at minimising operational risk and maximising return on investment. You will maximise return on resources and increasing return on investment through making recommendations and implementing improvements.

You will have the opportunity to gain more knowledge in life and pensions, expand on your effective stakeholder management practices with application of clarity of through and articulation of key market trends. You will increase your exposure to key stakeholders and ensuring changes are carried out in such a way that you will ensure the insurance finance department is a great place to work.
