Lead Data Architect/Contract/6 months/Market-Rate
Wonderful opportunity for a seasoned Data Architect to work on site for a market-leading client. You will be responsible for defining the data architecture strategy for this greenfield site.
As the AWS Architect, the ideal candidate will have a background in developing and supporting client facing cloud based SAAS products. Capabilities with AWS, Big Data tools such as Hadoop and Spark, exposure to IoT, predictive analytics, ML and data collection is preferred as the platform relevant data through these methods.
Requirements:
* Solid experience working with AWS architecting solutions
* Additional capabilities with Big Data tools including, but not limited to, Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra
* Additional experience with Data Lakes preferred
* Prior professional experience as a Solutions Architect
* Solid background in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning
* Professional background working with software product firms
* Experience in building and optimizing big data' data pipelines, architectures and data sets
