Manufacturing Shift supervisor

This globally recognised company is looking to expand their manufacturing unit significantly over the next 2-3 years and is now looking to recruit two new shift supervisors to assist management during this growth.

For these two particular vacancies they seek the following skills and experience:

* Strong people management/ leadership skills

* Been involved in cultural change

* Has worked in a manufacturing or production engineering environment

There's two specific shift patterns that need covering - 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm

Salary on offer up to £37,000 (including shift allowance) + benefits.
