The high-technology manufacturing division of a unique multi-billion turnover global group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to join the growing manufacturing team at their site in Somerset.

This role would offer responsibility for implementing and delivering manufacturing improvements, accelerating standardisation, world class manufacturing techniques as well as leading problem solving around the processing of materials.

The on-site operation is rapidly growing and transforming thanks to increased profitability and sustained drives towards continuous improvement and World Class Manufacturing principles.

To apply for this role you will need to be an independent and resilient individual with experience in the following areas:

- Continuous Improvement

- Lean Manufacturing

- Six Sigma Green Belt (Black would be advantageous)

- 4-5 years experience
