Spring Technology is recruiting for the position for a success-hungry candidate to work in our partner's Programme Management office. This is a top role for someone who likes variety and to be challenged; but who is also happy to do the day to day activities required in this pivotal support role.

This role is based in Bedfordshire for duration of a 4 month contract; it is an opportunity to work with a multinational organisation and a household name in retail. This is also an opportunity to work as part of a major programme, giving you access to an environment that will develop your knowledge in project and programme management principles and formats.

Using excellent communication skills, you will liaise with Project Managers and PMO Support in aid of the collection of data, and to provide back meaningful information through the established reporting templates used in various governance meetings.

It will also be part of your role to support business case development and approval; through the means of ensuring that business case templates are correctly used by their respective sponsors, whilst also helping Project Managers navigate through the various Board and Steering Group approvals.

You will produce recurrent and ad hoc reports which will be used in the strategic steering of the programme as part of the monitoring process.

*Good communicator with the capability to interact with diverse group of stakeholders and satisfy the information needs

*Good at putting together presentations

*Adaptable and can multi-task

*Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills

*Good analytical and numerical skills

*Team player with a collaborative and supportive approach and can work under pressure

*Happy to work in an energetic environment but can also work independently

*Interest in the aviation industry and previous relevant education or experience is an asset.
