3rd Line Support Engineer, 40K, London

A reputable Legal Firm based in London City Centre are looking to hire a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their wider team.

As a 3rd line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our internal infrastructure, working to SLA's and acting as an escalation point for our 2nd Line Engineers.

You'll report directly into our Service Desk Manager and will assistive in the development and training of junior team members, liaise with suppliers and C-level execs.

You will have;

- Recent experience as a 3rd Line Engineer in a small-medium sized organisation or a number of years experience at a senior 2nd line Level.

- Administration & Configuration of - Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Hyper-V/Vmware

- Cisco Networking

- Experience working with Professional services (Legal, Finance, Insurance)
