An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join an established technology company based in Exeter.

You will take full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies. You will ensure that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained, whilst monitoring and controlling resources, revenue and costs against a defined project budget and the expectations of all stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the business relationship with one or more clients, developing opportunities and managing the implementation of services changes. You will assess, analyse and develop documents and implement changes based on requests for change and implement plans for dealing with more complex requests for change whilst evaluating risks to integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.

You will be responsible for management of developing and implementing the solutions in terms of data integration, data processing, analytics and data visualization. You will be comfortable developing a holistic approach to the management, processing, integration and analysis of data.

Key skills/Qualifications

                                                   Degree educated

                                                   PRINCE2 certification or similar

                                                   Experience delivering IT and data driven projects and/or Software development projects

                                                   Agile principals

                                                   Understanding of Java programming concepts an advantage

                                                   Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
