My financial services client in the East Midlands is seeking experienced Project Managers to work on a Big Change programme spanning People, Process and technology. You will bring with you experience of stakeholder management and working in an ambiguous environment. You will be a self-starter who can solve problems and bring a hands-on approach to your work.

Responsibilities

*Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

*The Project Manager is expected to define the overall delivery approach for the change initiative, taking into key constraints of time, cost, scope and quality on a case by case basis

*The delivery approach must adhere to company policies, processes and standards as well as any additional Phase conditions of satisfaction requested by relevant Process Owners and project stakeholders

*Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.

*Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).

*Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.

*Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change.

Risk Management

?Planning, identification of risk, risk analysis (Probability x Impact), risk response planning and monitoring and control

?Ensure high scoring risks are appropriately communicated and managed

Issue Management

?Issue analysis (Impact to scope/schedule/cost/quality), issue response planning and monitoring and control

?Ensure high scoring issues are appropriately communicated and managed
