1st Line Support Analyst - up to 24k - Bedford

The role:

As a 1st Line Support Analyst you'll be the first point of contact for any IT related issues from both colleagues and clients. You must be comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Raising tickets on the internal system and responding to incidents raised via telephone, email and in person

* 1st Line desktop support: e.g. Laptop, Desktop, Printers

* Owning the Ticket from when the ticket is first raised through to Resolution.

* Ensure tickets are updated accordingly and resolved within SLA

We're looking for people who have basic understanding of:

* Active Directory - setting up users, user support, password support

* Office 365

* Windows Server 2012/2016

* Windows 7/8.1/10

* Network Principles (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)

* ITIL processes

Benefits:

The role is paying from £19,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience. You will also receive 20 days' holiday, a matched pension and other optional benefits.

Normal working hours are 9am - 5pm and you will be required to work as part of an on call shift rota.
