Outstanding opportunity to join a global ICT professional Services organization with world class enterprise customers. As an agile project manager you will be involved in some of the most challenging/complex enterprise level software & web development projects.

Skills & Experience

                                                                                                                                                                Min 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.

                                                                                                                                                                Agile Certification essential with prior experience of SCRUM/Agile methodologies including enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred

                                                                                                                                                                Ability to forecast issues and escalate to the appropriate level to resolution

                                                                                                                                                                Solid understanding of software development life cycle models

                                                                                                                                                                Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

                                                                                                                                                                Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies

                                                                                                                                                                Knowledge and experience in basic PM areas inc Cost, Time, Risk and Integration Management, practitioner in Earned Value Management

                                                                                                                                                                Experience in Metrics Driven Project Management and Decision making

                                                                                                                                                                Expert in usage of Microsoft project/EPM/any other scheduling tools

                                                                                                                                                                Ability to set judicious expectations and manage them with key stakeholders

                                                                                                                                                                Excellent problem solving, Influencing, negotiation and relationship skills Experience overseeing multi-function project teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel

                                                                                                                                                                Ability to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams, able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues

                                                                                                                                                                Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers to develop strategies and solutions of high business value

                                                                                                                                                                Exercise clear and concise communication (verbal and written) skills
