Job Title: Web Developer, Full Stack - React, React Native, JS, PHP, HTML

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Position: Permanent Full-Time

Web and app developer: The company is a well-known web and app development agency based in Birmingham's up-and-coming Jewellery Quarter. You will be working on a wide range of medium-sized web app and mobile app projects for a variety of the company's clients across a range of different sectors. The company has a culture of learning, team support, exploring new technologies, frameworks, and ways of working. The company recognises that the right person for this role is a candidate enjoys working in this way too.

Job Role:

The company is looking for a web developer to join their team. The company currently build their back-end using PHP or NodeJS on a framework such as Laravel, Yii2, ExpressJS, Meteor.

The Front-end is built using the familiar HTML/CSS/JS stack but on top of a front-end framework (Usually React + Redux, Angular, Bootstrap, Semantic, Ant etc.).

Mobile app projects are also built on web technologies, using Cordova or React Native to allow apps to be built using web languages. We version control projects using GIT.

To be considered you will need:

* To consider your skill level to be anywhere from mid-level to senior.

* JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP (or NodeJS) development skills and experience.

* Must understand MVC programming principles.

* Experience using a web development framework fluently (front or back end).

* Experience developing responsive web apps or mobile apps.

Experience using the same technology stack is desirable, but, the company understands that other things may better determine your skill level than this alone. The company is most interested in you being able to prove that you can demonstrate your coding ability and ability to learn quickly.
