My client is an innovative leader in infrastructure asset management systems, delivering innovative solutions to local government and businesses. Their web-based software solutions allow customers to share important information instantly. They require an IT Project Coordinator/Asset Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth and secure running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and time lines.

The successful candidate will support the growth of the business across the technical arms of the organisation with responsibility for planning, implementing, coordinating and directing activities relating to the computer and information systems of a company including network management. The successful candidate will cover a variety of projects.

Skills required

* A relevant IT qualification from a recognised body

* Previous experience of working in an IT department

* Previous experience of planning and executing a significant IT upgrade

* Up to date knowledge of a range IT Systems and infrastructure

* Good organisational skills

* The ability to inspire/mentor

* Team player

* Creative problem solver and able to think out-side the box

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to work to deadlines
