IT Service Provider

New Forest, Southampton, Hampshire (Driving licence and car essential due to location)

If you are a Graduate with a First or 2:1 in an IT subject and looking for a career in Support, we want to hear from you!

Growing IT Service provider, based on the edge of the New Forest, is looking to expand their IT Team and recruit a Graduate. You will act as the first point of call for all client issues, managing server, firewall and switch infrastructure. The majority of calls can be resolved remotely, but may require shadowing their onsite team through some installations and on completion for support handover.

Skills / Environment:

*First or 2:1 in Computing related subjects.

Role Overview

The helpdesk role encounters a varied range of issues and technologies on a day to day basis, and if you enjoy helping and making a difference, improving service, then this is the role for you. You will have the opportunity to learn and gain a strong technical knowledge that will allow you to grow as the Company expands, progressing into an Implementation Consultant or specialisation in security, Office 365, or cloud environments.

Salary: 18-25K

Benefits: 24 days holiday, rising to 28 days, training and development
