Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst within the South Tyneside area. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding role, assisting a busy desktop support team in providing an effective end user support service, then this is a good opportunity to secure a potentially extendable contract.

This will be contracted initially for 3 months, with a pay rate of £13.20 per hour, based upon an average 37 hour week.

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Desktop Support Analyst to install and configure computer hardware and software, providing all round support to end users within the business. It is a Microsoft focused environment, with MS Windows 7 and 8.1 along with the Office products.

Skills:

*Background in desktop support roles or strong 1st / 2nd line experience with knowledge of configuring devices

*Working knowledge of MS Windows 7 / 8.1 and MS Office products

*Able to diagnose issues on thin clients and troubleshoot for a range of devices

*It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of SCCM / MS Exchange / Active Directory
