Production Engineer

£30,000 - £35,000 + Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a Production Engineer looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will have a direct impact on the company's success through leading projects and New Product Introductions?

This role would suit an experience Production Engineer or a Maintenance Engineer looking for the next step in their career where you will work in a challenging but rewarding role.

The Role:

- Leading and managing a number of projects for New Capital Equipment and New Product Introductions

-Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency and improved quality control

-Production process and equipment commissioning as well as hands-on onsite maintenance

The Person:

- Must have been in an Engineering role supporting Production

-Production Engineering experience or you will be a maintenance engineer looking to take a step up

-Knowledge of Lean and/or six sigma (yellow or green belt)
