Head of / Director of IT Service Operations

My client are looking for a Head of Service Operations to join a large organisation in Central London. They support 65000 staff with around 800 within IT and technology.

The role sits within the SMT and is responsible for leading live services developer and delivery.

The right candidate should have experience of managing operations and delivering a transformation/digital agenda.

Strong understanding of Service Management.

Experience of managing budgets of £50m+ and leads of 150+
