Job Title- Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant
Duration - -3-6 Months
Location - Cardiff
Role Spec
* Ideally 2 full C4C implementations;
* Must have been accountable for delivery / creation of a C4C Blueprint / HLD;
* Delivered client facing design workshops including understanding of "as is" client processes and solution requirements definition;
* Defined RICEF list and authored functional / configuration specifications;
* Produced delivery effort estimates;
* Worked in an onshore/offshore delivery environment;
* Good communication and status reporting skills;
* Understanding and experience of C4C:
o Tenant Provisioning and Landscape
o Project Scoping and Fine Tuning for Sales and Service
o UI Adaptation capabilities within Fiori client
o Integration with SAP ECC using standard Web Services (IDocs, Web Service Proxies, etc)
o Integration using A2X Web Services (preferred)
o Business Analytics - design and development of Reports
o Security Model and relationship to Organisational Structure. User Provisioning
* Exposure to SAP PO and it's capabilities / standard content for C4C
* Understanding and experience of SAP ECC:
o Base Configuration for Master Data and Integration (IDoss and Web Services)
o Data Model for Business Partner and Functional Location.
o Utilities functionality (preferred)
