As a Lead Software Tester you lead quality practises within the team, ensuring that a good balance between rapid release cycles and driving quality is maintained. You will be responsible for carrying out and overseeing automated functional testing, performance and load testing across the company. Working within an Agile team you will improve the overall software quality by helping to define user stories and acceptance criteria and by helping to drive effective release management.

Based in London you will be joining a small, collaborative and friendly company. The business have a flat structure where everyone is accessible and you will be encouraged to share your own ideas and experiences allowing you to make your mark as a Lead Software Tester.

Requirements:

*Experience managing / leading a QA team

*Strong Manual and Automation testing experience using Java and Selenium

*Knowledge of Kanban

*Experience working within an Agile environment

*Knowledge of SQL

*Excellent communication and people management skills
