Leading Financial Services organisation are looking to hire an experienced UX Designer to work in their digital Labs on a global programme. You will be working in an overall UX team of circa 20 people with a UX Design team of 6.

Responsibilities:

* Push for customer-centric approach whilst delivering on required business objectives.

* Identify and implement process improvements within the team.

* Execute the UX process from start to finish including delivery of personas, user journeys, sketches, wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Axure, Adobe, Sketch etc.

* Banking experience preferred, if not have worked in a large scale regulated environment.

* Minimum 3 years in a UX Design position.

* Demonstrable experience designing for web and mobile, and for complex systems across multiple channels.
