FinTech SaaS Sales Manager £50k + Competitive Bonus

A FinTech Software organisation has announced a major group expansion and are actively seeking an experiences Sales Manager to look after a field-based Sales Team across the UK. This opportunity has arisen in the aftermath of an impressive last few years within the business and looks set to continue on an upward trajectory. With an innovative and unique product, the current sales teams are generally well above their number and the quality of Sales Professionals in the Team is strong.

This is a wide-ranging position which will utilise team building skills. Ideally you will have a proven record in creating a team who can perform - with the Sales figures to prove it - in an ERP/FinTech/SaaS environment. You will need to travel regularly across the UK Managing 6-7 Field based Salespeople each with their own territory - therefore a Central-UK location would be advantageous.

This role is a Field-Role - with monthly visits to my client's head office. The crux of the role will be in increasing Sales and ensuring compliance measures are hit. A pathway for further expansion is in place and you will be a key role in deciding the ultimate direction. A base salary of up to £50k is on offer with a realistic expectation of a £90k package within the first year, including a ramp up period. You will be given great flexibility on how to work the role and will be expected to creatively develop a top-performing business unit.

Skills required for this role:

* Sales Management experience - selling packaged Software Solutions to SME & Mid-Market.

* Experience recruiting and developing sales teams

* Demonstrable record of target overachievement.

* Motivated by achieving targets in a competitive environment.

* Manufacturing and/or Finance Sales experience is a plus.
