C# Developer - C# - Asset Management - Trading Analytics - London

My client are a global Asset Management firm, based in Central London but with offices in Asia, Europe, Australia and the US. One aspect of the business operates a global cash equities distribution platform of sales, sales trading, corporate access and equity capital markets professionals, combined with a leading electronic execution platform to deliver 24 hour global distribution to their clients in more than 50 financial centres world wide.

The cash equities division are developing a new greenfield application for Trading Analytics. The application provides information on pre, post, intra day analytics and will be able to give in-depth insights via performance analysis data.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business, directly with end-users and develop a deep understanding of our Global Cash Equities business and the business flow. This is a full stack role, working with the latest technologies on the AWS platform.

You will have:

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Experience developing web application (HTML/CSS), C# or Java

Ideally you will also be familiar with:

* Writing a consuming web service (REST/SOAP/WCF/Web API)

* JavaScript Framework

* Multithreading application design and event based asynchronous programming

* Control tools i.e. Git

* Experience of continuous integration tools such as Jira, Bitbucket and Bamboo

* If you have cash equity knowledge that would be beneficial but not essential
