Construction Site Supervisor-Utilities

£35-45K plus vehicle. Benefits, 25 days holiday, 37.5 hours week, Mon-Fri

Home/Field based covering London & South East-You should be based in the London area

Are you a construction professional with experience of supervising the construction of utilities distribution systems, looking for a permanent, full time, autonomous position offering excellent career progression and a regional patch to cover?

The company are a focused on the design and build of utility networks specifically for low carbon energy schemes for new build and regeneration sites nationwide. They are part of a group of utility companies that have been a major UK growth success story over the past 10 years.

The role will focus on managing the installation, testing commissioning of gas, water, fibre, district heating, district cooling and electric mains, services, and associated plant, equipment and meters with a focus on safety, quality and time, along with client management.

Therefore tasks will include:

1.The management of assigned resources on site to deliver specific work packages to CDM requirements consisting of heat and multi utility networks and plant
2.Develop effective relationships with the developer / client site supervisor. Be a dedicated point of contact to quickly resolve issues and to proactively update with progress.
3.Work along with subcontractor/s and Construction Manager as necessary to develop multi utility sequencing program in line with site wide construction strategy and minimise construction costs.

To apply for the position you should have:

1.Working experience as a supervisor on construction sites
2.Working experience of Gas, Electric, Water, or District Heating Distribution Systems. The incumbent must also have some knowledge of the other utilities to enable safe and efficient management of network construction
3.NRSWA supervisory card, Relevant SHEA card, CSCS registration.
