Business Change Project Manager (Manufacturing) 6-9 month FTC

Do you have experience of leading projects of downsizing or relocating manufacturing plants? Do you consider yourself as a hands on project manager?
Established over 30 years, this is a global design and manufacturing business who site within the consumer and commercial electronics and communications space. Due to an exciting change within the company they now require a business change manager to come in on a 6 to 9-month contract and project lead a relocation/integration of two manufacturing sites.
Reporting directly to the C.O.O, you will be leading the relocation/integration of production lines from one business entity to another, you will pro-actively develop an effective change management plan, to deliver change smoothly and positively to support maximum benefit realisation. You will work with IT, Operations, Production, Senior Management & HR to deliver organisational change that is financially robust, Operationally efficient, compliant and legal.

The Role:
* Project Managing the business change.
* Relocate manufacturing/production lines from one business entity to another
* Maintain budgets, costings, timings, deadlines and other resources
* Communicate as appropriate and throughout all stages of project to key internal stakeholders, senior management, external stakeholders
* £90'000- £100'000 Pro-Rata + Car Allowance and Benefits
The Person:
* Has implemented business change/production relocation or downsize
* Demonstrable senior manager experience ideally within operations and manufacturing
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Previous project experience in organisational change and organisational design
* Ability to engage, motivate and communicate to stakeholders in relation to budgets, timings, deadlines, legal responsibilities
