An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager / BDM to join an experienced and creative Digital Agency in Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The Agency has strong foundations and is looking to grow further over the coming years. The BDM will oversee lead generation and client handling, bringing in new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The Business development manager will have some freedom in how they approach their task if the methods yields results.
Business Development Manager / BDM responsibilities include
*Lead Generation
*Client Liaison / Client Management
*Running and maintaining CRM
*Representing the agency at networking meetings, exhibitions and events.
*Assisting with marketing activity.
Expectations of the Business Development Manager / BDM
*Mining up to 40 new prospects per week;
*Leading to 5 new website projects per month
*3 new business in a Box packages per month (branding, stationary design, packaging design etc.)
The Business Development Manager must have the following:
*2-3 years sales experience
*Lead generation experience
*Proven results from previous experience
The Agency is looking for a BDM who is:
*Goal orientated, driven and self motivated
*Honest and focused with a high level of self belief
*Good at communicating
