They are focused on branding, marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate will have experience designing packaging and working with a design team to get the brief finished to the clients needs.

* Designer required with 6+ years experience; you will need to be able to turn around designs in a timely fashion

* Demonstrate a Strong portfolio; It will contain a good amount of experience of Advertising, Marketing and Branding

* When demonstrating work to clients (new and current) they like to be able to take clients through a story to explain the process and make it clear how they got to their end design

* Strong skills working with a Mac; you will be fully proficient in this and Adobe Creative Suite

* Working heavily with clients is a requirement and you'll be expected to present and work directly with them at times to meet requirements/goals

* Strong in motivating other designers and being able to help junior designers around
