They are currently as busy as ever, and now seek a Quality Team Leader to help meet their increasing demands.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising the final inspection of machined and various bespoke components. You will be expected to provide accurate production forecasts and drive manufacturing process improvements in the workshop.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and knowledge of CNC machinery, along with a good understanding of customer processes and requirements.

The Role:

* Final inspection of machined precision components

* Leading the manufacturing cell and providing production forecasts

* Establishing improved manufacturing processes to increase efficiency

* Control of non-conforming products throughout the manufacturing process
