£45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Controls Engineer looking to join a rapidly expanding, market leading organisation offering the chance to work in an autonomous, varied and technically challenging role working on projects from initial design to completion.

This company specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of special purpose machinery and automation systems for a range of industries. They are now at a pivotal part of their growth and due to this they are looking to expand the engineering team with a number of skilled engineers.

In this role you will be the senior designer in the team and taking a lead role on all the projects for the design side of the business. You can then evolve into the controls design manager for the company, working on all the automation projects from start to finish. Your role will include electrical design with Eplan and PLC programming using Allen Bradley. You will liaising with manufacturing teams and design teams. You will be working on areas of production lines, automation, robotics, and also helping with the bomb disposal side of the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Eplan, come from a controls engineering background and have experience working with special purpose or bespoke machinery. Candidates that can programme either Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC's are encouraged to apply.
