£30,000 - £34,000 + Car + Fuel Card + Pension + Bonus + Holiday

The day to day responsibilities for the role will be to oversee a team of engineers and manage the department to provide a quality service. The successful candidate will use their knowledge and skills to mould and grow the technical department and work with clients on high value projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a managerial role in a technical challenging role with the chance to further grow the company.

The Role:

*Manage a team of Security Engineers

*Oversee training, health & safety and company projects

*Office based with potentially some travel to client sites

The Person:

*Experienced within the Fire & Security industry

*Background in a role as a Manager/ Supervisor/ Lead

*Based within the Exeter area
