Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading public sector clients.

Based in Worcester on an initial 9 month contract, the client are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with software implementation experience.

Key Experience and responsibilities -

*Proven experience in working with others to deliver business change and demonstrate improved efficiency

*Proven experience of proactively and independently managing requirements gathering through workshops and interviews

*Proven experience of proactively and independently writing detailed requirements documents and/or process improvement maps.

*Proven experience in supporting testing and acceptance of process improvements and system changes

*Insurance software knowledge

*Software implementation experience.
