Service Delivery Manager, 50K, Berkshire/Surrey

A recognised Cloud partner are looking to hire an experienced Service Delivery or Project Manager to join their team and help build out their practice.

You will be reponsible for engaging with multiple stakeholders and be involed in multiple functions within their ops team.

You will ideally have;

* A number of years experience working on cloud IT projects with mid - large customers

* Some exposure to AWS/Azure would be preferable

* Understand reporting and SDM ITIL based service management methodology

* Understands PRINCE (or equivalent) has managed projects in in an agile/scrum methodology

* Can quickly pick up manage reporting tools to delivery concise service management meeting outputs

* Ability to talk at all levels from junior IT to senior CIO's

* Great customer skills & enthusiastic personality

* Ability to discuss the value of the services and discuss other potential uplift to existing services.

There is a huge opportunity to move into a senior service or operational management role as the business scales.
