My client is looking for an experienced iOS Engineer to join their team responsible for delivering their successful Product to global markets. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious IOS engineer to join an expanding Engineering team.

As an iOS software Engineer you will have released multiple iOS apps commercially and will have a proven track record working as part of a cross-functional scrum team. As an iOS software Engineer you need to be a proactive technology focused individual with best in class development principles (unit testing, CI / CD etc.) and who has the ability to work in a semi green field environment where they are continuing to develop an industry leading app.

Responsibilities in this IOS role

* Design and build advanced applications for iOS platforms using Swift

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features

* Unit test code for robustness, usability and general reliability

* Help maintain code quality, development processes and automated testing

* Keep up with industry best standards and practices and advocate the same within the team and the broader engineering organisation

* Working with the SDM help to coach and mentor other members of the team

Experience wanted for this IOS job

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar related discipline

* 5+ years working experience in iOS mobile app development

* Multiple published apps in the app store

* Experience with iOS SDKs

* Experience with additional platforms a major benefit, particularly .NET and Android

* Experience with RESTful APIs to connect apps to back-end services

* Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle and UI/UX standards

* Experience working in a CICD Environment, ideally having worked with Octopus

* Experience integrating with third party libraries and APIs

* Experience in publishing iOS apps to staging (using tools like TestFlight, HockeyApp etc) and Apple App Store

* Strong initiative and the ability to solve problems creatively

* Committed to achieving success for customers

* Willingness and interest in working as part of a team to succeed
