**Quality Manager- Highly regulated production/ manufacturing industry experience required, Gloucestershire area - £50,000 **

**This is a permanent position**

A Manufacturing company based in the Gloucestershire area, are seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. Do you have a quality background within a highly regulated manufacturing environment? If so, you could be the Quality Manager that we have been looking for.

What will you be doing?

* Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance Systems throughout.

* Support the process of supplier selection, maintenance and approvals, establish and maintain supplier audit and development programs.

* Where necessary improve all processes - quality, OTD and save costs.

* Establish and maintain internal and supplier performance metrics.

* Support new product developments making sure that relative regulatory and quality requirements are taken account of

* Lead quality improvement initiatives in the company

What skills/experience should you have?

* Experience in Aerospace Quality in a senior Quality Engineering or management capacity.

* Previous experience of Customer liaison and management.

* Lead auditor trained to AS9100.
