Incident Management Manager - Los Angeles, CA

A large national financial services company based in Los Angeles, CA is looking to fill a role for an Incident Management Manager. You will also look to identify and manage targeted areas for improvement throughout the technology environment of the business.

Responsibilities

* Incident recovery and remediation development through formulation, implementation, and innovation of technology solutions in the business.

* Oversight of technical support teams to prevent or mitigate impact to clients and colleagues.

* Control of multiple teams during major incidents and the provision of a full end-to-end solution management system.

* Maintaining positive business relations with key stakeholders in key incident management partners from across the organization.

* Exploring opportunities to maximize serve to achieve efficiency and ROI from company resources.

Requirements

* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

* Extensive experience in IT or business.

* Extensive experience in management roles.

* Extensive experience in leadership and managing large teams working together to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.

Skills

* ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Service Manager, or ITIL v3 certification highly desirable.

* Strong knowledge of delivery manager and IT service principles with proven track record of delivering results and introducing key ITIL project management strategies to programs.

* Ability to handle sudden changes, anticipate opportunities and take actions to improve experience.

* Ability to translate business needs in requirements with strong leadership and executing responsibly in areas of need.
