A new and exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst has arisen to join an well-known global company based in the West London area. The client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst, predominantly responsible for the review, analysis and specification of project objectives and change requests, received from internal and external stakeholdersFor this role you must have a background in the financial services sector and have a strong Operation background, ideally with sound experience of Process Mapping / Process ImprovementYou must also have the following essential skills/experience:

'€¢5 years financial services experience in an operational or change management capacity'€¢Working closely with the PMO team '€¢Map existing processes and control activity;'€¢Identify opportunities for future-state enhancements.'€¢Work closely with clients and internal business stakeholders to understand, elicit and develop requirements for process & technical change'€¢Develop a deep understanding of current process and system behaviour to ensure optimal solutions are proposed in the responses and specifications'€¢Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the developments meet the specifications'€¢Manage the delivery of client change requests including client expectations, time lines, schedules and delivery dates'€¢Update the internal Change Management System to store all project and change documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the status of all discussions, agreements and any developments'€¢ Author client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requests
