An excellent role on offer for a Contracts Manager looking to join a UK leading Construction Contractor where you will work on interesting projects and have the chance to progress your career into a Directorship position.

Do you have Contractual Management experience in the commercial industry? Are you looking to join a Market Leading company where can progress your career into a Director?

This company have been established for 30 years and work on tailored projects for a variety of blue-chip and public sector clients across the UK. Due to a period of substantial investment now is an exciting time to join them as you will be pivotal in the growth of their business.

In this responsible role you will manage the construction team in delivering the project within the time and budget requirements. You be based in Liverpool and you will travel the UK nationwide when required.

This role would ideally suit a Contracts Manager who has got commercial experience, who is looking to join a specialist company in their industry and have the opportunity to progress your career into Directorship level.

The Role:

* Based in Liverpool, but cover UK nationwide

* To manage the construction team at any given site

* £40,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Private Healthcare + Pension + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

* Must have commercial contractual management experience

* Must live local to Liverpool

* Good communication skills
