Senior Software Developer - MS Dynamics AX - Liverpool

Fantastic opportunity in the Merseyside area for an experienced developer to get hands on with business wide Dynamics AX systems. The role will involve a high level of object oriented development along with technical support work across a production/ manufacturing environment.

The role comes with a competitive salary package depending on experience along with a lucrative benefits scheme:

* Up to 30% performance bonus

* Initial 10% contributory pension (rising to 15% after probation)

* Private healthcare

* 25 Days holiday (rising to 28) + bank holidays

Key Requirements -

* Proficient in Dynamics AX from various levels - support, functional and development experience All considered

* Proven ability to perform AX X++ code merging when required along with the deployment of AX builds

* Software development background across multiple technologies considered - JAVA, SQL, C#, .NET

* Proficient in technical support - bug fixing, release management, configuration

* Experience across full development life cycle

* Strong functional knowledge of working systems - Financials, Trade & Logistics and Production

* Experience supporting end user ticketing systems and managing issues

* Understanding of Dynamics AX infrastructure

* Experience of backups and restores of both AX and SQL databases.

* Knowledge of SSRS, AX Excel and Cube reports would be nice to have

There is a roadmap in place to move into a D365 implementation over the next 4 years, so an opportunity like this will definitely have room for progression and career development.
