Contracts/Project Manager (New Builds)

You will ideally be based in Gloucester or between Gloucester and Bristol, Covering mostly a local region

£35,000 - £40,000 + Profit based Bonus Scheme + Pension + Company Car + Benefits

Are you experienced with Contracts Management or Project Management looking to become an integral part of an ever growing company? This is an autonomous role in which you will drive the company forward by increasing profitability in the sites that you will manage.

You will join the Senior Management team but this does not put a limit to your progression within the company as they always look to promote from within. This is also an opportunity to expand the team beneath you giving you more responsibility and opportunity to earn more with the company's bonus scheme.

The organisation have been established for over 30 years and have a high retention rate of staff. They are industry leaders in Plumbing and Heating and you will be joining the team working on Domestic New Builds running multiple sites at a time.

They are looking to continue in their success and take pride on the reputation they have built over the years. This would suit an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager for a varied and autonomous role.

The Role:

- Responsible for managing work, labour and materials for each site - Managing around 10-12 sites at a time

- Ensure the day to day running of each project is at maximum efficiency and to budget

-You will be directly involved in site management and also managing customer expectations ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the project

-You time will be split mostly on sites but one day a week you may need to travel to the Worcester Head office

The Person:

- Proven relevant Contract Management experience or Project Management experience

- Experience or knowledge of domestic Plumbing and Heating - ideally from a Major House builder

- Must have knowledge or experience working on New Builds

-You will ideally be based in Gloucester but locations between Gloucester and Bristol will be considered
