Production Team Leader (Weekdays/Weeknights)

£26,000 - £32,000 + Overtime + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

Excellent opportunity to join a Multinational business in a senior position with plenty of training and overtime opportunities as you lead a team of production operatives.

On offer is a position with an established business that will be both hands on and leadership as you look to take charge of the company's production efforts.

This company specialise in the manufacture of products that are supplied into the construction and building trade. They have continued to grow and expand as a business, with the Poole branch receiving significant investment in order to expand their services. This growth has created room for a Production Team Leader to join the team.

In this role you will be working a weekdays/weeknights shift pattern leading a team of production operatives. Duties will include being hands on, operating the equipment yourself, as well as undertaking management tasks such as monitoring and updating production data, participating in production meetings and completing Health and safety documentation.
