Senior Conversational Analyst - Telecoms

Duration: 3 Months

Location: London (Brentford)

Premier project for a media organisation training AI systems for messaging at world leading scale.

Role description:

Our client require a senior conversational analyst to lead the team in tuning and scaling their AI deployment using Watson and the LivePerson messaging system.

Must have referencable experience of Watson Assistant at scale.

Essential skills and experience:

* Watson Assistant

* Conversational Design and Development

* Ability to lead teams

* Training on AI systems at scale

* Classifier Accuracy work

* At least 3 years' Conversational experience

* Conversational user experience

* LivePerson/ Genesis or other messaging platform experience would be beneficial

Tools / Technologies Required:

* Watson Assistant (absolute must)

* Cloud Platform

* LivePerson (if possible)
