++ We are seeking a Landscape Designer - Playspace to join one of the leading Play, Sport and Surfacing providers in the UK, based in our offices in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire ++

We have a fantastic creative team designing innovative and dynamic play and sport spaces across the country daily. Your role will be to work with the design team and create fantastic designs for new play areas, outdoor gyms, multi-use games areas and much more, for a wide variety of clients.

You will be responsible for taking a design from concept through to full completion, producing 3D and 2D visualisations and presentations. You will work closely with the Sales and Design teams to create a design best matched to the clients’ brief.

Landscape Designer Key Responsibilities:

+ Interpret client or customer briefs to design a creative solution,

+ Build a bill of quantities to assist the team with pricing ensuring the project is in budget,

+ Deliver high quality and professional 3D rendered designs using 3DS Max,

+ Production of AutoCAD layouts,

+ Final presentation layouts with InDesign/Photoshop,

+ Build accurate 3D models of our product range on file.

The right candidate will be:

+ Creative, self-motivated and highly driven in design,

+ Demonstrate proficient experience in a 3D design programme (3DS Max preferable) and 2D CAD (AutoCAD preferable),

+ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite,

+ Customer focused and have good commercial awareness,

+ An excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail,

+ Comfortable managing multiple projects and able to work under pressure,

+ Fluent in written and spoken English,

+ A team player but able to work independently.

We will be particularly interested to receive applications from persons with a design related degree.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
