We're looking for a talented Wordpress Developer to join my client, a digital marketing agency, based in Manchester City Centre. Do you think this role could be for you?Role: Wordpress DeveloperSalary: £30,000 to £60,000
Location: Manchester City CentreMy client is a vibrant Digital Marketing Agency, that after experiencing a rapid period of growth and expansion is looking for a Wordpress Developer. With a move into in-house products and applications there is a new opening within the team for a skilled Wordpress developer, to in come in and oversee their current development projects.The ideal Wordpress Developer will be skilled and comfortable working alone or as part of a team. There is excellent scope for personal development and learning within the role. Learning new languages and techniques is something they actively encourage.Their client base spans across many business sectors with projects ranging from brochure sites through to large CMS, e-commerce and bespoke application development projects. The position will require the development of new projects from scratch in conjunction with the maintenance of existing sites. In addition to full site builds, there will be scope to get involved in Facebook apps and social integration, responsive builds for mobile and tablets, mobile app development and more.They have a lot of retained clients who are looking to get the most from their digital presence, so they're on the lookout for people who can contribute with great ideas on a functional, creative and technical level.Wordpress Developer Skills & Qualifications '€¢Wordpress'€¢PHP '€¢MySQL'€¢HTML5'€¢CSS 3'€¢Javascript/Jquery Desirable / Beneficial '€¢SASS/SCSS'€¢Laravel PHP/MVC frameworks'€¢Magento'€¢Adobe Creative Suite'€¢Search engine optimisation'€¢Ecommerce'€¢Linux server scripting and maintenance'€¢Experience with SVN or other code versioning systems You will be responsible for: '€¢Developing Bespoke websites'€¢Builing E-commerce websites'€¢Developing new features into their existing products'€¢Building new products based on customer feedback and market demand'€¢Assisting in the management of their cloud server infrastructure.'€¢Work on support tickets and bug fixes'€¢Be part of their friendly, laid-back, but driven business culture'€¢Be willing to communicate directly with clients face to face, by phone or by email My client is looking to pay up to £30,000 to £50,000 for the ideal candidate, with initial interviews lined up for the week commencing the 16th July.
