Intelligent Network Solution Designer

KCOM are currently recriuting for a Solution Designer to join us on 6 month contract, to provide experience in Intelligent Networks.

This role is based in Slough, will offer the opportunity for multiple contract extensions and below is a list of the required/desireable skills;

Experienced in designing Intelligent Network (IN) Solutions in a Mobile Network environment with responsibilities to include production of High Level Designs, vendor engagement, testing governance, test support and live deployment of new solutions.

Extensive experience in the design and implementation of Prepay Solutions utilising CAMEL (Ph.1/ Ph2.), Diameter (Gy) and INAP for Voice, data and SMS charging.

Extensive experience in IN solutions in a Mobile Network environment utilising CAP v1 / v2 and INAP.

Good knowledge in Mobile Network Architecture and the Core Network Elements: MSC, HLR, STP, SMSC, Voicemail and IVR's. Knowledge on the key Core Network signalling systems MAP, ISUP, SIP and Diameter and good knowledge on SS7 over Sigtran.

Experience on Intelligent Network Service Orchestration solutions in a Mobile Network environment.

Good to have some experience on IMS, VoLTe and OCS.

Protocol knowledge: SS7, ISUP, SIP, INAP, Camel Ph.1/2, MAP, Diameter (DCCA).

Good to have vendor experience: Huawei NGIN, Ericsson Core Network Elements
