Analog/RF IC Designer - high speed

A semiconductor company providing market leading solutions for high-speed data transmission products for data centre, high performance computing and consumer applications is looking for an additional Analog/RF IC Designer to join their team in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on the high-end/high-speed technical challenges with an outstanding group of collaborators in the industry. In this position you will join a small team to work on Analog and RF IC Designs in CMOS and BiCMOS technology which will be used in high-speed optical transmission systems like TIAs, CDRs and Laser Drivers from schematic to verification and tape out.

As the successful candidate you will be industry degree qualified with at least 2 years of experience from within a similar role in a commercial company analogy, RF and mixed-signal circuit design which includes expertise using CMOS and BiCMOS technology as Analog/RF IC Designer.

A background in high-speed optical transmission systems (TIAs, CDRs, Laser Drivers) will be beneficial to your application and of course you should be fluent in English as you will be working in a international team. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into everything from design to marketing to sales to interaction with customers in the setting of a small team of highly experienced Engineers.
