Are you a quality engineer from a manufacturing environment with qualifications or experience of working with electronics? Do you have strong leadership skills?

This global company turnover approx. $619m per year. They are market leaders, providing electronic design, manufacturing and aftermarket services. They have been established for over 35 years, and are currently in the healthcare, aerospace, defence and commercial sectors. They are continually winning contracts and with this success are now looking for a Quality Supervisor to join their expanding team.

In this role you will responsible for bringing new quality initiatives and continuous improvements plans to the table. You will also be have quality engineers and quality technicians directly reporting to you where you will manage and mentor these individuals, ensuring overall company's quality inspection and manufacturing processes are being adhered too.

Kelso is not far from North Berwick, rated one the best places to live in Scotland. This peaceful location is on the Scottish borders and also 1 hour from the busy capital Edinburgh and has the biggest market square in Scotland. This company has a very attractive relocation package making moving closer to the site is a smooth and easy process.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a quality position working with electronic products. They will be able to manage and lead a team ensuring a smooth operation of the quality department.
